To make ordering through Apicbase even more easy, you can set certain maximum order amounts for your products based on your inventory level. This is called the 'par'-level and this is the amount you wish to have in stock after ordering.
Next to Par-levels, you can add a minimum requested inventory level for each stock item. When the inventory goes below this level, Apicbase will send you a warning.
You can classify your stock items based on the storage locations in your business. That way, you can count your inventory with a limited list of items depending on the storage location you are counting at that moment.Follow the steps in the video to learn how to set the par- and minimum levels for your stock items.
Timothy will also explain how to set storage locations per outlet, and how to allocate these storage locations to your stock items. Very useful, take a look!
