2.2 Manually Add an Ingredient

Ingredients are the building stones of your recipes in Apicbase.
Fill in the ingredient information and categories correctly.
Doing this will allow you to easily build recipes in Apicbase, place orders with your suppliers and manage your inventory.

Start adding your first ingredients

To get going, simply follow along with Timothy to add your first ingredient manually in Apicbase. This will give you a good understanding of all the fields that are possible to be completed. Don't worry, it might seem very overwhelming but most fields are optional. This will only take 10 minutes of your time.
